Ievads: N-attiecība ir prognostisks rīks, kas spēj samazināt TNM stadijas uzliktās stadijas migrāciju. Atbilstoši N-attiecība spētu papildināt esošo TNM klasifikācijas sistēmu tādējādi būtu iespējams samazināt nepareizas stadijas uzlikšanu. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt limfmezglu attiecības ietekmi uz izdzīvotību pacientiem ar kuņģa vēzi pēc gastrektomijām ar paplašinātām limfadenektomijām. Darba uzdevumi: Iepazīties ar jaunāko literatūtu, ievākt pacientu datus no 2014 - 2015 gada, apkopot klīniski-patoloģiskos faktorus veikt šo faktoru analīzi un veikt secinājumus. Designing of CD8 T cell vaccines which would provide protection against tumors is still considered a great challenge in immunotherapy. Here we show a robust potential of a cytomegalovirus (CMV) vector expressing the NKG2D ligand RAE-1γ as CD8 T cell-based vaccine against malignant tumors. Immunization with the CMV vector expressing RAE-1γ delayed tumor growth or even provided complete protection against tumor challenge in both prophylactic and therapeutic settings. The review aims to document the new emerging hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (Kp) endogenous endophthalmitis (EKE) in terms of incidence, microbiological characterization of the pathogenic agent, associated risk factors, management, and outcomes. Hypervirulent (hv) strains of KP (hvKp) induce invasive liver abscesses (LA) with specific clinical features. Up to 80–90% of cases have hepatic liver abscess as a primary focus of infection, followed by renal or lung hvKp infections. However, the incidence of EKE in patients with KPLA varied between 3.4% (19) and 12.6% (13), with a total of 95 cases of endophthalmitis in 1455 cases of KPLA (6.5%).
